MY PERSONAL NOTES OF AIKIDO

APPRECIATING THE KNOWLEDGE BY DOCUMENTING IT

Attitude in Dojo (Adab Gelanggang)

Almost similar technique found in Silat Seni Gayong

Tapak L and Tapak V

More Tapak movements

I learned the Aikido (aikido budo & tai chi) under Sensei Jean Claude CHAMPAGNEUX for two years, during my engineering diploma at Montlucon. Although the time was so short to know the real art of the Aikido, especially as a busy student like me, I never forget to write down everything from what I've learned at the Dojo. "Peu est suffira tant que c'est avec concentration et devotion!!!" (little bit would be enough if it's done with concentration and devotion) I am lucky to be confortable of drawing, sketching or fast-writing. Eventhough it was 6 years ago, the note is still there, and it was never a lost. Arigatou gozaimasu Sensei!!!
